The Shift Supervisor will provide effective leadership and day to day management of the Gwalia Production team. This role ensures that employees and the work area, under their direct control, comply with all statutory laws and company policies and procedures; while meeting the required quantities and quality.

About the role
 

• Based at the Gwalia mine, near Leonora. 
• Full time role on a 2:2 roster.
• FIFO role, 50-minute flight from Perth.

About you
 

• Practical knowledge and experience of underground operations including Load & Haul, Drill & Blast, Ground control, and water management.
• Ability to plan, lead and control multiple functions/tasks in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
• Manual driver’s licence (essential).
• Statutory Supervisor Certificate (essential).
• Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable).
• Diploma in Front Line Management (desirable).
• Quarry Manager’s Certificate (desirable).
• Emergency Response Training (desirable).
