About the Role

In this role, you'll drive talent pipelining and manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for blue and white-collar roles. You'll work closely with project stakeholders to align recruitment rhythms with workforce planning, proactively source and screen candidates, and ensure full compliance with all due‑diligence requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across our West Australian Surface Mining operations
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Ensure recruitment decisions align with Macmahon’s recruitment guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate all pre‑employment requirements including medicals, police clearances, qualifications, and working rights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Exposure to the mining or resources sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practice talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong time‑management, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Confident working independently on your portfolio while being a collaborative team player.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial (training provided if required).

Role Details

  • Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
  • Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
