Are you ready to be part of something transformative? Emeco are currently seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our Osborne Park office, this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our operations, directly engaging with site teams, and playing a key role in the evolution of the reliability function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement practical reliability programs that improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Travel to site and actively engage with site-based maintenance and operational teams to identify and solve reliability and maintenance operations issues in real-time
  • Analyse data to drive improvements in maintenance planning, execution, and asset management.
  • Collaborate across teams to establish and embed a robust reliability culture from the ground up.
  • Monitor equipment performance, root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Trade Background – Heavy Diesel Fitter
  • Previous experience in a reliability, maintenance, or asset management role within the mining or heavy equipment sector.
  • Experience with Mobile Mining fleet equipment including CAT, Hitachi, and Liebherr preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
  • A passion for safety, quality, and operational excellence.
