About the role

We are looking for an engaging and safety focused Supervisor Quality Measurement to lead a dynamic team of laboratory operators.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, harnessed with your technical knowledge to positively develop and support your team, whilst fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.

Reporting to the Superintendent Process Operations and working in a collaborative and diverse team within the Cape Lambert Operations team, you will:

  • Oversee the shipping sampling and analysis team and process.

  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes, whilst providing leadership.

  • Oversee the reporting of accurate analysis results.

  • Demonstrate a high‑level knowledge and understanding of sampling and quality measurement processes.

  • Perform field verifications and interactions, displaying safety leadership.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of and comply with health, safety and environment policies, procedures, and initiatives (e.g. Leadership in the Field, LSC and CRM).

  • Conduct Team Performance Reviews.

  • Identify, implement and sustain improvements to laboratory practices, ensuring consistency across all teams in the lab.

  • Monitor compliance to quality standards and manage the execution of routine quality checks.

Where you will be working

This role is based at Cape Lambert, WA. Our integrated operations, which include port facilities, ensure we can supply the right quality product to our customers, when they need it. We blend our products at our own ports, which allows us to produce a reliable and consistent product. And because we have dedicated shipping operations, we are able to better control the delivery of product to our customers.
