Emeco are currently seeking to employ experienced Leading Hands, HD Plant Mechanics, Boilermakers and Auto Electricians to join our amazing team. Whether it’s on a mine site, in a workshop, or on the road with our Field Service crew, we’re hiring across all divisions in WA.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Ongoing maintenance and service of Emeco Equipment and Machines
  • Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets.
  • Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet and Force Workshops.
  • Working with Emeco customers to meet company objectives.

What we are looking for

  • A strong commitment to safety.
  • Proven site-based leadership/supervisory maintenance experience for our Leading Hands
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication for developing effective relationships and team atmosphere.
  • The ability to assess mechanical works coming into the workshop for maintenance, diagnose faults and prepare a detailed scope of work.
  • Capable to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ensure you can meet and exceed deadlines and financial budgets in a safe manner.

Requirements

  • Recognised National Australian Trade Qualification
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience and/or recognised training with CAT and Komatsu HME
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
