We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Technical Excellence Team based in Perth. This role is full of rewarding challenges and role diversity. A fantastic opportunity to showcase your administrative skills in this varied role.

Reporting to the Superintendent Technical Excellence, you will be: 

  • Championing Information Management System document storage for Resource Development, assisting document owners and reviewers and on creation, maintenance and retiring documents as required.

  • Coordination of bulk changes for Flights and Accommodation.

  • Investigate and manage issues with Flights and Accommodation.

  • Responsible for general administration duties (data integrity & sharepoint maintenance.)

  • Building and improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Assisting with other administration tasks as required.

  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and controls at all times. 

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • A Current C Class manual driver’s license

  • A growth mindset & proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Effective collaborator & communicator with stakeholders & team members.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint & Power apps.

  • High level of attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach

  • High level of discretion, dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Where you will be working

You will be Perth based with opportunity to work flexibly from home combined with time in our Central Park offices. Our wider team is spread across a combination of Perth and Pilbara sites.
