Administration Assistant

Due to some exciting projects and business growth, we are seeking a casual administration superstar to join our small but friendly team in Rutherford, to provide high level administration support.

What you will do

• Supporting our Rental Administrator with end of month process including invoicing and back charges
• Supporting our mobilisations team with booking medicals, arranging inductions and providing general support to ensure the smooth engagement of our workforce
• Assistance with booking and coordinating inductions and training, including raising and receipting of purchase orders
• Travel, accommodation and hire car arrangements as delegated
• General administration duties as delegated
