We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Approvals & Cultural Heritage team in the Darwin office. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your organisational skills within a fast-paced environment. You will need to be self-motivated and show initiative to succeed in this role.
Working Monday – Friday and reporting to the Senior Manager Approvals & Cultural Heritage, your role will entail:
- Day to day administration support to the Approvals & Cultural Heritage team and Darwin office
- Use of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel to create and update documents
- Use of Rio Tinto systems and intranet to source and update information
- Data entry and updating various spreadsheets and files
- Working with technical employees to update processes and related documents
What you’ll bring
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a high workload and multitask
- Prior experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Knowledge of Rio Tinto systems and processes will be beneficial
- Exposure to SAP and Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint)
