We are looking for an Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team at our Greater Nammuldi operations. This role is full of rewarding challenges and role diversity and will provide you the opportunity to contribute to operations across various teams. This is a truly fantastic opportunity to for expand your knowledge and showcase your strong administrative skills.
You’ll be a part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work on a 8 days on, 6 days off from Perth, Busselton, Albany or Geraldton, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Supervisor Administrator you will:
Providing administrative support for daily operations
Responsible for the SAP duties: including raising of all general purchase requisitions, processing site entry sheets and maintaining commitments.
Supporting site cost control by maintain data integrity & leading cost saving initiatives
Supporting travel, accommodation & SAP activation arrangements for site personnel
Responsible for general administration duties (data integrity & sharepoint maintenance)
Building and improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Assisting with other administration tasks as required by your supervisor

Certificate in business administration or similar will be well-regarded

Where you will be working
Greater Nammuldi is located on the lands of the Muntlgura Guruma people in the eastern Pilbara, approximately 90 kilometres southwest of Tom Price. Originally part of Greater Brockman, operations began in 1992 with the commencement of work at Brockman 2, the first FIFO operation for Hammersley Iron.
Its operations are made up of Nammuldi BWT, Brockman 2, and Silvergrass, moving around 200-million tonnes of dirt per year. Nammuldi is also one of the first autonomous mines established in the world.
With a FIFO workforce of around 1400, our team commutes from Perth, Geraldton, Albany and Busselton.
