The Opportunity
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.Our team is looking for a high performing Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to Marandoo Operations. This role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your organisational skills within a fast-paced environment. You will need to be self-motivated and show initiative to succeed in this role.
Working a FIFO 8:6 roster ex Perth or Geraldton based at Marandoo Operations and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, key duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of travel administration for site (arranging team travel, site visits and onboarding utilising INX and RTTMS)
- Purchase to Pay activities via SAP (raising purchase orders for site consumables, labour hire, creating service entry sheets etc)
- Supporting the site leadership team in daily operations (meeting preparation, travel arrangements, presentations, running routine reports etc.)
- Perform adhoc administrative activities to support site (management of room bookings, new starter packs, processing gate cards, IVMS, fuel keys and cab charges)
- Stakeholder engagement with our contract and business partners
- Provide appropriate coaching, mentoring and technical support to the operations and functional partners
- General administrative assistance for Marandoo Operations
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Strong communications skills
- Strong continuous improvement applications
- Excellence in customer service delivery
- High level attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with a flexible working approach
- Ability to work productively both in a team an independently
- Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential
- A current C Class manual driver’s licence
