Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team at our Paraburdoo site. This role is full of rewarding challenges and role diversity. A truly fantastic opportunity to showcase your strong administrative skills in this varied role. This role is for residential (housing not supplied) or FIFO applicants.
Working 5 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be:
- Providing administrative support for daily operations
- Responsible for the SAP duties: including raising of all general purchase requisitions, processing site entry sheets and maintaining commitments.
- Supporting site cost control by maintain data integrity & leading cost saving initiatives
- Supporting travel, accommodation & SAP activation arrangements for site personnel.
- Responsible for general administration duties (data integrity & sharepoint maintenance.)
- Building and improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assisting with other administration tasks as required by your supervisor.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A Current C Class manual driver’s license
- A growth mindset & proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective collaborator & communicator with stakeholders & team members.
- Advance skill with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint & Power apps.
- Experience using SAP or similar accounting system.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach
- High level of discretion, dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Located 80km south west of Tom Price, Paraburdoo is a town nestled in some of the most scenic landscape in Western Australia. Paraburdoo is recognised for its beautiful scenery, wildlife diversity and close proximity to Karijini National Park.
