About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a fast-paced environment in our Goonyella Mine.  Duties to include;

  • Work with the Production Manger to set meeting agendas, document actions and draft organisational announcements;

  • Compile, consolidate and distribute weekly reports and pre-read for weekly/monthly routines;

  • General administrative tasks such as prepare monthly expense claims, document management; 

  • Assist with the delivery of team events & leadership activities;

  • Calendar management and efficient support on out of routine requests.

  • Raise, monitor and track purchase orders for resources, equipment and goods.

  • Monitor rostering and leave requests ensuring any leave taken is reflected in Fiori.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:  

  • Previous administrator experience with excellent data entry and analysis skills;

  • Ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels;

  • Exceptionally organised and proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of complex tasks;

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity, and a track record of providing quality information to senior management;

  • Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes;

  • Self-motivated to work autonomously within a wider team;

  • Project and/or mining industry experience highly valued.
