About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, MECoE, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding support to these dynamic and engaging senior executives and leadership teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Head of Asset Management and senior managers to produce deliverables; including key monthly and quarterly reports, and other deliverables as required;
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimisation solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership teams;
- Enables fluid interaction with our Americas team, fluid Spanish is desirable
- Diary and email management to enable the efficient organisation and execution of daily activities;
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting and Monthly updates, as required;
- Arranges events, meetings, workshops and training sessions including room bookings, catering and logistics and liaises with local IT members for technical support;
- Arranges and coordinates domestic and international travel and ground transfer arrangements, advising travellers on any precautionary measures for travel to high-risk countries and medication / vaccination requirements.
- Contributes to the induction and on-boarding of new employees;
- Using SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs) and expense reconciliation;
- Liaises with Facilities representatives in administering and managing office layout, security and other office management and maintenance requirements.
- Event management with both internal and external stakeholders; and
- Supporting projects and other ad hoc duties as required. Contributes to support the execution of administrative duties for a teams, including maintaining and coordinating meetings, conferences, communications, calendars, and data.
About You
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior/executive leaders
- Experience in a mining or large organization
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience on dealing with multiple tasks to prioritise daily workload
- Experience in coordinating complex schedules using discretion to ensure that relevant engagements are prioritized
- Demonstrated initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs) and SAP concur for expense reconciliation
- AMEX system for travelling booking
- Able to converse (verbal and written) in Spanish will be advantageous.
