About the role Our team is looking for an Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Greater Hope Downs Operational Excellence Team. This role is full of rewarding challenges and role diversity. Working 8 days on, 6 days off, and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be: 

  • Supporting the Greater Hope Downs Operational Excellence Team in daily operations (meeting preparation, travel arrangements, presentations etc.)
  • Responsible for the SAP duties: including raising of all general purchase requisitions, entry sheets and maintaining all commitments for leaders
  • Supporting site cost control by producing reports on existing and planned expenditure
  • Printing and issuing maintenance work orders
  • Actively engage with the broader site administration team to plan, schedule and deliver site-based activities as required
  • Supporting the administration of critical risk management accounts
  • Supporting travel arrangements for site staff
  • Responsible for the general administration duties (data entry, filing, archiving etc.)
  • Assisting with other administration tasks as required by your Supervisor

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • A Current C Class manual driver’s license
  • Advanced secretarial and administration support skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Advanced MS office skills and experience using SAP
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach
  • High level of discretion, dealing with confidential and sensitive information
