About the Role 

Provide HSE support to Greenbushes, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery.  

Responsibilities 

• HSE: coach leaders, support risk assessments, reporting 
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement

• Experience in HSEQ & Training within mining  
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset  
• Clear communication and ability to work with different teams  
• Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
