Job Responsibilities

Macmahon provides extensive mining, civil design and construction, performance enhancement, and site maintenance services across Australia and Southeast Asia. With a strong commitment to a values-based culture, we celebrate over 60 years of success and development. We are currently seeking experienced HSEQ and Training Administrator to join our dynamic Byerwen team. As a crucial member of our team, you will assist with regular auditing and reports for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team.

About the role

• Data entry of daily Take 5, Hazard Identification, JSA and High-Risk reporting into software platforms
• Data entry of safety-related paperwork
• Assist with regular auditing and reports for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team
• Assist with admin leave coverage in other departments as necessary
• Filing, archiving, assisting with phone and email enquiries
