About the role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an HSS Administrator opportunity within the Site Systems Team at Saraji Mine.

The HSS Administrator will provide administrative and systems support to the Site Systems Team, assisting in the effective management of site Health, Safety and Security systems governance processes and compliance activities.

Reporting to the Superintendent Site Systems, key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Site Systems Team and site stakeholders.
  • Supporting the administration and maintenance of Safety and Health Management System documentation, registers, records, raising purchase orders and statutory appointments.
  • Document and records management, including filing, archiving and maintaining information in relevant systems.
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting and preparation of information for site stakeholders.
  • Supporting document reviews, governance activities and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting employees and leaders with Site Systems processes, requirements and general queries.
  • Maintaining department registers, trackers and other administrative systems.
  • Supporting audit and assurance activities, including collation and maintenance of supporting evidence and records.
  • Developing strong working relationships with operational departments and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, information management and overall Site Systems efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
  • High level attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with the confidence to identify issues and contribute practical solutions.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with corporate document, learning or business management systems is desirable.
