Administrator - Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Macmahon is currently seeking experienced Administrator – Maintenance to join the Macmahon Tropicana team. This position will be on an 8:6 roster, flying from Perth or Kalgoorlie. You will be part of a high energy team so possession of multiple skill sets and licenses/qualifications will be highly regarded as they will greatly enhance your versatility within the role.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately maintain skills matrix for Maintenance Department
• Maintain and enter all data into the payroll system for maintenance wages personnel
• Assist with End of Month Reporting for Maintenance department
• Maintain efficient filing system
• General typing and data entry
• Respond to general enquiries regarding plant and maintenance system issues 
• Perform all tasks and duties in accordance with established work procedures and Macmahon safety policies and regulations. 
• Liaising effectively with clients, staff and other stakeholders.

About you: 

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or resources environment; 
• Demonstrated experience with various GIS applications in particular Insite, Roster On, InControl and Mainpac; 
• High level of organisational and time management skills; 
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team;  
• High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications; 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values; and 
• Current C Class Drivers License.

Should you be successful in being offered a role in Macmahons’ Surface Mining Division, you will be required to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test along with obtaining a National Police Clearance.
