About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent of Mobile Maintenance at Area C as an S90 Administrator you will join an inclusive and high performing team with a great culture. Your core role will be providing administrative support to a dynamic and engaging maintenance leadership team.
This opportunity is offered on an 8 days on 6 days off roster FIFO from Perth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership team;
- Document control and record management
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics for maintenance supervisors
- Work with our contract partners and suppliers on compliance for site entry requirements
- Maintain maintenance training and skills matrix
- Using SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs)
- Scanning and processing work management documents
- Event management with both internal and external stakeholders; and supporting projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Working closely with the Leadership team to support on boarding of new employees
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership team;
- Travel and accommodation bookings,
- Supporting Superintendent and Supervisors with time sheet management, cost reporting and meeting coordination
About You
As a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Administration Assistant with previous experience supporting a high functioning team. You will operate with a high level of autonomy and have the ability to build collaborative relationships with the team members, your peers and other internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be a great fit for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic and enjoys working and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Solid experience of applications including MS Office suite; particularly in MS Excel and 1SAP will be viewed favorably.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
- SAP experience desirable
- Experience coordinating / managing travel on varied rosters for large groups advantageous
- Effective communication on a variety of levels
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills
- Achieves results through working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment
