We are seeking a senior Office Administrator to join the growing team working at our Byerwen Minesite on a 5.2 DIDO roster.
Key Accountability
- Provide Executive-level support to Site Senior Executive/Project Manager and departmental leaders as required
- Oversee fortnightly payroll process completion, yearly crew shift calendars, ensuring compliance to company guidelines
- Liaise with Onboarding and Recruitment teams with regards to new employees joining the Project, administer into site rosters and process site accommodation requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Team
- Review and analyse accommodation demand for the business, liaising with Client representatives with conflicts, and process site accommodation requests when required.
- Ensure End-of-Month actions and reporting, site rosters, work schedules and registers are completed within deadline constraints
- Monitor Project Document Library to ensure vendor payments are processed on time, investigate discrepancies as required, assist with Vendor onboarding
- Maintain project specific Employee Handbook
- Carry out periodical audits of administration processes and procedures to ensure compliance. Assist with training, liaise with departmental leaders for process change implementation where require
- Raise Purchase orders and carry out receipting
- Maintain corporate contact listings for the project
- Oversee Archiving process for the site, ensuring compliance to both Company and SHMS requirements
