Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the "King of the Hills” mine located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia 28km north of Leonora. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface and Underground mining contract with RED 5 ltd, the mine will have annual production above 200kozpa, King of the Hills is Australia’s next major Gold Mine which will feature State-of-the-Art Technology 85% new plant and brand-new camp facilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Site Administrators to provide high level support on an 8:6 Roster to the Project with responsibilities not limited to:
•    Administration of site paperwork
•    Data entry of daily production reports and labour hours
•    Booking travel for site and Head office staff as required 
•    Assisting with on-boarding process for new starters
•    Assisting with HR/ Payroll and Accounts Payable duties as required
•    Managing project correspondence
•    Document control
•    Liaising effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders


To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
•    Strong Microsoft Office operation skills
•    Experience supporting Production, Maintenance and Safety departments
•    Some previous experience in Insite/Inflight/Chris21/Roster On
•    Excellent time management and organisational skills
•    High attention to detail
•    Ability to communicate at all levels
•    Highly experienced at prioritising tasks
•    Proven experience managing a varied workload
•    Previous exposure to site-based administration
