Job Responsibilities

Join the Macmahon KCGM team as an EXPERIENCED Site Administrator and be responsible for providing high level customer service and support to the team and wider employee group in compliance with company standards and expectations ensuring that all administrative functions are of a high standard to assist the company in achieving its overall business objectives.

About the role

  • FIFO | 5:2 Day Roster | Camp Accommodation
  • Permanent, full-time role.

About you

  • Strong Microsoft Office operation skills.
  • Experience supporting Production, Maintenance and Safety departments.
  • Some previous experience in Insite/Inflight/Chris21/Roster On.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly experienced at prioritising tasks.
  • Proven experience managing a varied workload.
  • Previous exposure to site-based administration.
