About the Role

Join the Macmahon Surface Team as a Site Administrator at the Nifty Copper Project with a primary focus of the role is supporting the surface mining team, by overseeing all site office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the site operations, including data entry, reporting and document control

• Coordinate onboarding requirements for new starters, ensuring compliance and flight bookings
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
• Liaise effectively with clients, staff, and key stakeholders 

What You'll Bring

• Experience in site administration within (mining, resources, civil or similar) environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder skills  
• Practical problem-solving and attention to detail  
• Commitment to teamwork and delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Experience utilising the following software: SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI
