About the Role

The Administrator Site Systems is a 12-month contract role and will support the administration activities for the Operations Services Training Teams, based in Perth and reporting to the Supervisor Operations Capability Systems.

The work of this role will encompass:  

  • All administrative requirements and supporting the team in tasks as required.
  • Training document processing, including entry into SuccessFactors LMS, scanning, and filing.
  • Active participation, compliance and contribution to the effective operation of BHP’s relevant HSE policies and systems.
  • Supporting the team with on-boarding, data entry, meetings and team systems.
  • Undertaking research and reporting from different systems as required.
  • Working a 5/2 Mon-Fri roster

About You

  • A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
  • Strong experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a mining, maintenance or training environment.
  • Experience and expertise in Microsoft systems such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • A continuous improvement focus that identifies opportunities for improving processes, creating efficiencies and designing capability improvement.
  • Exposure to document management systems.
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across a range of stakeholders both external and internal.
