Reporting to the Superintendent Project Delivery, you will:

• Provide site support and updates to the Project Supervisor to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met
• Organise site project works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with the Contractor Management System
• Undertake quality Leadership in the Field interactions
• Assist the Project Supervisor to control costs and efficiently execute the site works within the assigned budget
• Qualification checking, mobilising, and onboarding of contractors
• Conducting regular reviews of project documentation

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a similar role within the mining industry
• Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
• Strong people skills, with the ability to work with all stakeholders and contractors
• Able to problem solve complex situations and resolve conflict where necessary
• Capable to work in challenging environments, and maintain effective time management skills
