We are seeking an Advisor Project Delivery to support our Project Delivery Team at West Angelas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of site-based projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deliveryIn addition to paying competitively and providing great benefits packages, we want you to live the lifestyle that is right for you and your family. Reporting to the Superintendent Project Delivery and working within a collaborative team environment in the Project Delivery department, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and support the delivery of capital and sustaining projects across the site.

  • Apply your electrical expertise to ensure technical integrity and compliance in project execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive safe, timely, and cost-effective project outcomes.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide clear reporting to leadership.

  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

  • A strong electrical background, ideally with experience in fixed plant or mining infrastructure.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5–10 years’ experience post-trade, with a background in project management or comparable areas

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based setting.

  • Electrical trade or engineering qualifications

Where you’ll be working

Located 110km west of Newman, West Angelas operates on a fly in fly out roster from Perth, Broome and Busselton.

West Angelas is a pioneer in autonomous technologies – we were the first site to trial autonomous haul trucks and incorporate autonomous drilling into our operations in 2008, and we continue to have one of the largest mining fleets in the Pilbara.

Our high grade, low phosphorous Marra Mamba orebody is an integral part of the Pilbara Blend, contributing both lump and fines products on around four trains each day. At the West Angelas hub there are state-of-the-art power generation and refueling facilities. These facilities supply power and diesel fuel to the East Pilbara mine sites.

The future is bright at West Angelas with ongoing growth projects at Deposits C and D, as well as additional deposits under study providing enormous opportunities for personal development and career growth.
