About the Role

We are seeking a Project Advisor to support the safe and efficient delivery of our projects by ensuring our Contracting Partners meet the RTIO Project.

This position is a great opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic project professional to extend their expertise and apply their project knowledge to a diverse range of projects.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, whilst working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will:

  • Uphold RTIO Values- Care, Courage, Curiosity
  • Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met
  • Coach and mentor our Contracting Partners in RTIO systems and processes
  • Organise site Project works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with the RTIO Contractor Management System
  • Conduct regular reviews of Project documentation
  • Ensure all incidents are investigated and that all actions are implemented accordingly
  • Undertake quality Leadership in the Field interactions
  • Assess and report on project deliverables
  • Assist the project leads to control costs and efficiently execute the site works within the assigned budget
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external area owners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Project Leads through all phases of the project lifecycle

What you'll bring

  • Interpret and Implement systems, processes, and procedures

  • Passion for safety and actively engaging in safety conversations
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships
  • Experience in a Health, Safety and/or Environment
  • WA Electrical Worker’s license
  • Personal and Permit Isolation qualifications
  • High Voltage (HV) isolations and permitting qualifications
  • Permit Issue and Administration

Where you’ll be working

Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
