As a fulltime Recruitment Advisor, you will become part of the Perth team, with a focus to build a strong mining maintenance talent pool and successfully engage international placements in line with immigration legislation.
Located at the Airport (T1/T2) the Perth office boasts a staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Role Requirements
- Work with other team members and site hiring managers to ensure maximum growth with new hires
- Research and analyse current market trends to ensure sophisticated knowledge of existing market conditions and required talent acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and candidate experience
- Build passive and active candidate networks within the mining maintenance sector
- Focussed approach to international recruitment strategies and relevant legislation
- Partnering with the hiring managers to provide WFP solutions
- With relevant legal support, coordinate pre-employment and immigration checks
- Reporting on recruitment stats, live vacancies, and mobilisation activities
Qualifications and attributes
- Experience recruiting for mining maintenance roles
- Knowledge of international placements, visa holders and immigration legislation
