Advisor - Recruitment

As a fulltime Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our Tropicana and Boston Shaker sites. Your expertise in mining recruitment will contribute to our ongoing success. The current recruiter is a standout, she has progressed within the Macmahon business and will be here to provide a full handover.

About the role:

• Located close to the Airport
• 5:2 Monday - Friday
• Full time opportunity
• Gym with personal and group training

Role Requirements:

• Create sophisticated talent acquisition strategies to build live and passive talent pools
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team and site hiring managers to source, screen and assess candidate skills, qualifications
• Work with the mobilisation team to coordinate pre-employment compliance checks
• Report on recruitment stats, live vacancies, and mobilisation activities

Your qualifications and attributes include:

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and mining current market trends
• Experienced in proactively sourcing candidates to support volume mining requests
• In a fast-paced environment you can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
