About the role

We are looking for a Analyst – Contractor Management who will be responsible for organising and facilitating the onboarding and offboarding procedures for contractors within APAC-W IS&T PMO. This includes coordinating all pre-boarding activities, developing and facilitating regular induction sessions and undertaking a range of support and administrative services to ensure all new starters are fully prepared and equipped for their new roles. They will also manage associated monthly reporting of current contractors.
Reporting to the Superintendent Capability & Mobilisation and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our IS&T project delivery team, you will:
- Coordinate new starter onboarding, including set up of network/account access, new hire inductions, provision of relevant IT assets and software, ensure mandatory training requirements are met, etc
- Facilitate the offboarding process for departing contractors and lead the continuous improvement of systems and processes relating to contractor onboarding, offboarding and management
- Liaise with vendors to ensure the submission contractor hours
- Provide monthly reporting on contractor utilisation and monthly activities
- Manage a high volume of new and exiting contractors, ensuring each is progressing through the compliance process in a timely manner, as well as collecting feedback for improvements
- Conduct regular audit of current contractors to keep organisational structure up-to-date and identify potential resource constraints
- Maintain knowledge and document repositories related to contractor management processes
- Order and coordinate provision of PPE, other equipment and software as required
What you’ll bring

- Diploma/Certificate in relevant discipline or significant experience relevant to the role
- Strong experience working in a similar administration/compliance role and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and autonomously, with excellent attention to detail and great time management and communication skills
- Proficient in using different software and systems (e.g. SAP & Microsoft Office Suite)
- Customer focus and strong understanding of business context
