About the role

We are looking for an Analyst, Global Workplace and Facilities Management to join the team in a permanent opportunity. This is a hybrid role covering two exciting aspects. You will be supporting our Global Facilities Management including the IFMS contract and Commercial Property, while simultaneously being involved with future planning of what this looks like for the business.This role is multifaceted and requires a motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

The key to success in this position is to demonstrate your ability to deliver consistent results, drive continuous improvement, and build credibility with business stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Workplace and Facilities Management, working in a collaborative community, you will: 

  • Find, collate and interpret complex data and compile visual and written reports in a variety of formats
  • Design, prepare and present findings in dynamic dashboards/scorecards
  • Develop a range of models using Excel and Power BI to present scenarios and aid decision making
  • Undertake regular reporting on cost savings, spend forecasts, supplier spend, business unit spend, bespoke analysis and other performance indicators as requested
  • Support our internal finance and procurement processes
  • Work closely with the Workplace and Facilities teams making an important contribution to determining and defining strategies and support the team on contractual matters
  • Provide query support on asset matters, SAP queries, supplier tier classification and operational updates
  • Support and enhance the governance processes through contributing to data integrity

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor level tertiary qualification would be beneficial
  • Strong experience working with SAP
  • Expert in excel, Power BI and BIin Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP, Ariba, proficiency
  • Previous Industry experience in similar roles is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with analytical capability
  • Effective time management skills, the ability to balance multiple and competing priorities
  • Team player, but also able to work autonomously
