Analyst - Systems

The Senior HR System Analyst—SuccessFactors will manage functional requirements for HR Systems and Analytics, oversee SuccessFactors, and use data analytics to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to enhance system design and integration.
• Oversee and support SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop reporting solutions for decision-making and collaborate with HR for system improvements.
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices.
• Maintain HR data integrity and validate system configurations.
• Manage one direct report for system administration.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, specifically with SuccessFactors, including support and enhancements.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Proven project management skills. 
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query) and familiarity with Power BI preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication abilities.
