Ancillary Operator

The Greenbushes project is located in the picturesque Southwest region of Western Australia in the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes. Our client, Talison Lithium, is the world’s leading lithium minerals concentrate provider and the Greenbushes project is recognised as containing the world’s highest grade and largest hard rock deposit of the lithium mineral spodumene. Macmahon is pleased to deliver surface mining operations at the project from 01 July 2023.

Macmahon is seeking expressions of interest for Ancillary Operators to join the Greenbushes team. This position will be offered on a 7:7 roster for applicants living within a 30-minute radius of the Greenbushes mine site as a residential role, or 2:1 roster for applicants living outside of this area with camp-based accommodation.

Skills & Experience Required:
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of the team 
•    Proven ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner
•    Physically fit for the demands of the role
•    Current C Class Driver’s Licence

Machinery on Site:
•    Dump Trucks: Caterpillar 785 & 785 Water Trucks
•    Loader: Caterpillar 992
•    Track Dozers: Caterpillar D10T
•    Graders: Caterpillar 16M
