Applications Support and Training Specialist

As an Application Support and Training Specialist at Emeco, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our business applications run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll receive comprehensive training to tackle complex challenges, provide technical support, and maintain Enterprise business systems. Your strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with various teams and driving system enhancements. Additionally, you will deliver software user training across Emeco mine sites after configuring and implementing new software solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Provide business applications support and in-depth troubleshooting.
• Utilize your SQL database skills to manage and resolve issues (training provided).
• Configure and support our business application systems (training provided). ERP, HR, CRM, CMMS etc.
• Integrate various business applications to ensure seamless operation.
• Assist in managing business application system upgrades and enhancements.
• Deliver software user training across Emeco mine sites.
• Configure and implement new software solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Basic experience in business applications support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (advanced training provided).
• Some experience with ERP configuration and support (training provided).
• Experience with application integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to develop excellent training, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
