About the Role
We currently have an opportunity to join our Asset team based in Adelaide. In this role you are reporting to the Superintendent Asset Health. Your primary responsibility is to provide health support to all Copper SA sites including Adelaide offices. Frequent travel to Copper SA sites is required. It will be important that you have a growth mindset, the ability to work autonomously, make quick strong connections and can integrate into a team with confidence.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the delivery of the Copper SA Health and Wellbeing strategy
- Leading and coordinating events via the Copper SA Wellness Committee
- Representing the Copper SA EAP vendor relationship for Copper SA
- Developing Health resources and managing Copper SA Health & Wellbeing communications
- Supporting Psychosocial Health improvement
- Communicate health projects to operations which includes the requirement to travel to sites as required.
- Complete behavioural-based Field Leadership observations, offering support and technical guidance to positively influence our culture of care

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related / science discipline– OHS, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, human movement, ergonomics, human factors is highly recommended
- A passion for wellbeing
- Strong understanding of psychological and psychosocial industry legislative requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Capability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally
