Force is on the hunt for an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Truck Rebuild Program at a major client site. You’ll be hands-on with mining trucks, tackling diagnostics, maintenance, and full rebuild support that keeps critical equipment moving.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, specialised crew that mobilises to site to carry out major rebuilds across a diverse fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment — a great chance to grow your skills and take your career up a notch.
The offer:
  • Pay Rates: Up to $75.00+ per hour full-time or up to $85.00+ on casual 

  • 12% Super on all hours

  • 7/7 FIFO roster (Thursday to Wednesday)

What your day looks like:
  • Provide continuous on-site rebuild support for CAT 789 D&C trucks

  • Ensuring all electrical repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets.

  • Diagnostics fault finding on electrical systems. 

  • Willing to assist other trades on site while working cohesively within a team to reach a common goal.

  • Working with Force customers to meet company objectives. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have full working rights within Australia 
  • 3+ years post-trade experience working with heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically CAT 789D&C haul trucks.
  • Previous experience working on a tier 1 iron ore mine 
  • Recognised Australian trade qualification
  • Strong fault-finding skills and maintenance know-how
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
  • Proven diagnostic and trouble shooting ability with respect to heavy earth moving equipment electrical and wiring systems. 
  • Current driver’s licence (High Risk licence is a bonus)

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
