Are you an experienced Auto Electrician who thrives in the field? Force is looking for a skilled technician to join our Field Service team supporting a major mining client across the Goldfields.

This is a hands-on role where you'll enjoy the autonomy of working in the field, responding to breakdowns, carrying out diagnostics and repairs, and keeping heavy road transport and mining equipment operating at peak performance.

What your day looks like:

  • Provide specialist auto electrical support to heavy road transport fleets through field service diagnostics, maintenance, and breakdown response.

  • Ensuring all electrical repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets.

  • Diagnostics fault finding on electrical systems. 

  • Willing to assist other trades on site while working cohesively within a team to reach a common goal.

  • Working with Force customers to meet company objectives. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have full working rights within Australia 

  • Experience working with brands like Mack, Volvo, Kenworth, Western Star, Mercedes, and Freightliners etc.

  • Recognised Australian trade qualification

  • Strong fault-finding skills and maintenance know-how

  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles

  • Proven diagnostic and trouble shooting ability with respect to heavy earth moving equipment electrical and wiring systems. 

  • Current driver’s licence (High Risk licence is a bonus)

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
