Barminco - Maintenance Planner

Are you looking to progress your career? Barminco has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our experienced and highly skilled maintenance team on an 8:6 roster FIFO from Sydney.  

We are looking for leaders who enjoy working with a dedicated team to develop and support their skills in a fast-paced environment.  

About the Role 

As the Maintenance Planner, you will work within the Asset Management Department and provide direct planning / scheduling functions and materials coordination support to our Mining Services operations. You will ensure planned maintenance and servicing of site equipment is carried out efficiently, effectively, and safely using sound judgment to meet the objective of safely achieving the maximum production capability of our assets. 

Key Requirements:

• Have experience in heavy industry, in the same or similar role 
• Experience with developing/optimizing maintenance strategies 
• Experience with creation/optimizing and Document Control of all: Service Sheets, Scheduled Inspections, Component Schedules, BOM’s, SWI, etc 
• Experience working as a Maintenance Planner preferably with mobile equipment within a mining environment 
• Experience with SAP PM Module and Master Data 
• Proficient in the MS Office suite 
• Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
