We are looking for Belt Maintainers to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance Team at Tom Price. Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Supervisor and working in a diverse team within Tom Price Plant Maintenance, you will be;

  • Performing fabric belt splicing, including installation, repair, and maintenance of conveyor belts.

  • Ensuring the optimal operation of conveyor systems and fixed plant machinery.

  • Working safely and efficiently to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

  • Following detailed procedures and guidelines to ensure proper splicing techniques. 

  • Maintaining high-quality safety standards and follow all safety protocols on site.

  • Completing inspections, reports, and QA/QC documentation as required.

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in conveyor systems and equipment, assisting in the design and modification of system.

What you’ll bring

  • Source parts and Equipment in preparation for shutdowns while playing a key role in the execution of shutdown activities

  • Experience using computer programs such as SAP and Excel

  • HR License

  • High Risk Work License, Minimum Forklift and Basic Rigging
