Job Tasks and Responsibilities

With our organisation poised for growth, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Shotfirer or Bench Hand to join our Drill & Blast & Services team. Reporting directly to your crew supervisor, your responsibilities will include the safe management of blasting activities, assisting shotfirers, dipping, priming, loading & tying shot patterns (electronic / nonel) and associated duties.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria: 

• Experience preferred but not essential.

• Shotfirers Ticket (BEUL).

• Security Clearance (UHL).

• Current Drivers Licence.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment.

• Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster. Day shift only.

• Supportive and “can do” attitude.
