We are currently seeking applications from qualified Boilermakers with previous mining experience or with machine bucket rebuild experience to join our West Australian site based maintenance teams.
With over 5,500 employees, the Byrnecut Group is a full-service underground mining contractor, providing services to major mine owners throughout Australia and Internationally. We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.
Duties
- Performing scheduled and breakdown welding repairs on a variety of mobile plant
- Loader bucket rebuilds
- General welding repairs within the underground mine
Requirements
- Trade qualification – Boilermaker
- Experience working on mobile plant and/or machine bucket/tray repairs
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Current and Valid Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Preferred candidates to reside in Western Australia
