About the Role 

You will be responsible for machinery upkeep, safety compliance and optimising operational efficiency.  You will carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant across our Tropicana Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently. 

Role Details and Benefits

• Location: Tropicana
• Roster: 2:1 – 12 hour shifts
• FIFO from Perth and Kalgoorlie

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy duty mining plant
  •    Excavators – CAT 6060 | 6040 | Hitachi 5600
  •    Dozers – CAT D11 | D10 | CAT 854K Wheel Dozers
  •    Graders – CAT 16M
  •    Loaders – CAT 994 | 992
  •    Dump Trucks – CAT 793 | 785
• Prior site-based mobile plant experience essential
• Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures
• Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
• Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
• Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work

• Demonstrated experience working on a range of heavy duty mobile plant
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills
