Job Tasks and Responsibilities

We are offering excellent opportunities for a Boilermaker within the Open Cut Maintenance Department.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Fabrication and welding duties working on mobile plant.
• Inspection & defect identification on all mobile plant.
• Large Excavator/ Hydraulic Shovel Bucket repairs.
• Mobile plant chassis & structure repairs.
• Handrails.
• Haul truck Body work.
• General fabrication.

Skills and Experience

• An exceptional commitment to safety.
• Trade qualifications – Engineering Heavy Fabrication Boilermaker.
• High Risk Work Licenses (W@H, FL, WP, CS, DG, etc).
• Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team environment.
• The ability to work rotating rosters including weekends & night shift.
• Previous experience with Earthmoving Fabrication & Maintenance.
• Motivated and hard working with a professional attitude.
