Business Analyst - Financial Reporting

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Financial Reporting to lead the development of OneStream financial models for Operational Projects in Surface and Underground Mining, supporting our OneStream implementation for Operational reporting.

About the role

• Support the business in leveraging IT systems effectively.
• Oversee the design and implementation of OneStream to ensure it meets business goals and accurately reflects performance.
• Manage incident resolution within agreed timelines, including escalation to third-party providers.
• Implement functional testing for new developments, stakeholder feedback, and work with third parties to improve the product.
• Analyse and resolve root causes of application-related issues.
• Provide guidance on optimizing OneStream for better business reporting.

About you

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field (or >5 years of equivalent experience)
• CPA qualification.
• Extensive functional and technical support experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with planning solutions (OneStream, Hyperion, Prophix) along with major ERP systems like SAP. 
• Experience in mining or mining services.
• Experience with enterprise-level reporting solutions (preferred).
• Knowledge of plant and equipment relationships in mining and operational performance (preferred).
