About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst - People Systems to provide specialist support, analysis and continuous improvement across Macmahon’s People Systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide support for SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, Employee Central Payroll and related HR, payroll, rostering, time and attendance processes.
  • Analyse recurring issues, identify root causes and recommend improvements to system configuration, process design, user guidance or support practices.
  • Maintain and update work instructions, user guides, process documentation and training materials.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with HR, Payroll, Operations, Technology and business support teams to understand priorities and deliver effective support outcomes.
  • Prepare and support regression testing, user acceptance testing, test case execution, defect logging and validation of payroll, time and attendance outcomes.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Time Off and/or Learning Management System).
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, rostering, time and attendance processes and how they are supported in SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, reconcile and validate HR, payroll and time data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate system issues and business requirements into clear outcomes and user documentation.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Role Details 

  • Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2) or Brisbane Office
  • Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
