About the Opportunity
During an exciting period of growth, Emeco Group are currently seeking a hands-on, driven Business Improvement Specialist to join the team. You will be based at our Osborne Park office and will be responsible for identifying business improvement strategies and initiatives which deliver sustainable increased value through improved client experience, revenue enhancement, cost efficiencies and optimised business processes.
The ideal candidate will interview personnel, conduct on-site observations, gather, organise, and analyse information on problems or procedures. You will be expected to lead, facilitate the design, development and project manage the implementation of business improvement strategies and initiatives across the Emeco Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of business improvement strategies, methodologies, processes and capability across the Emeco Group
- A strong customer focus and ability to understand their values and needs
- Work closely with the ELT to identify, prioritise and implement critical business improvement initiatives
- Identify, support and participate in projects to improve the Group’s business effectiveness
- Establish a program of business improvement projects and develop a framework for monitoring, reporting and visualising data and project status
- Define and project manage implementation of sustainable change, including change management process, training, mentoring, and audit across the strategies developed to ensure initiatives are successful.
- Drive and foster a collaborative approach to identifying and sharing potential opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and communicate effective business improvement methodology guidelines and user documentation, and
- Analyse extensive data sets.

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) – desirable
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior management role
- Very strong commercial acumen
You will also have experience in the following:
- Project management
- Effectively influencing and leading teams / managing people
- Developing and leading successful change management strategies
- Successfully implementing and managing business process improvement initiatives
- Developing business improvement methodologies and capabilities, and
- Working with and improving organisational ERP systems.
