Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources within a vibrant and experienced group of HR professionals, you will partner with senior leaders to design strategy and deliver initiatives to enhance culture and engagement. . What you’ll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Relevant senior business partnering experience within a large, networked organisation
Ability to define strategy and translate that strategy into executable and measurable outcomes
Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leadership and apply contemporary HR systems, processes, and obligations to complex problems
Ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a way that drives improvement, tests conventional thinking and challenges the status quo
Experience in organisational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems, organisation and development interventions
A HR or business-related qualification will be seen as advantageous
It will be beneficial if you have experience within the resources/heavy industry/manufacturing sector

Where you’ll be working
You will be Perth-based with the opportunity to work flexibly from home combined with time in our Central Park offices. There will be a requirement for regular Pilbara site travel, however this will be largely self managed rather than through a roster arrangement.
In the Pilbara region of Western Australia, we own a world-class, integrated network of 17 mines, four independent port terminals, a rail network spanning nearly 2,000 kilometres and related infrastructure – all designed to respond rapidly to changes in demand. We are one of the world’s leading producers and exporters of iron ore.
