About our new role
Key Senior Human Resources Business Partner roles like this are rare, so don’t miss the chance to be considered for this great opportunity. Based at our Maules Creek Open Cut Operations, you will partner and support Senior Managers and operational stakeholders, by providing timely and effective guidance, coaching and support services. The position will be working an 8/6 roster.
As Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will utilise a high level of communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills combined with significant experience in contemporary HR practices ideally from a resources or heavy industry background including industrial relations/union experience.
This role will see you make practical and effective use of your breadth of HR knowledge and experience in all areas of HR including, EA negotiations, performance management, change management, and supporting critical HR projects.
This position will be responsible for generating monthly HR reporting/data
analytics and you should have demonstrated experience in this area.
What you will need
To be successful in this role, you hold relevant tertiary qualifications combined with a minimum of 5+ years’ relevant industry experience. You will have excellent attention to detail and demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships. You will be customer focused and an influential team member.
