We are looking for a Business Partner - Leadership Development Programs to help us fulfill industry’s most compelling frontline leader value proposition. This role is a Senior opportunity which encompasses governance, creation, delivery, evaluating and consistently improving our suite of leadership development programmes for our frontline leaders.
The Business Partner role is a great opportunity for an experienced energetic leadership development professional who can work and deliver across a number of projects and is passionate about doing things differently.
Reporting to the General Manager – Capability Development, you will be:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build leadership capability using different modes of delivery
- Overseeing the creation and deployment of our frontline leadership development programs
- Adapting programs to ensure they are aligned with future organisational needs and changing stakeholder expectations
- Contributing towards the design of a new leadership development journey
- Measuring and reporting on the value delivered through building leadership capability
- Actively seeking feedback and continually adapting and improving programs
- Working with external vendors as required to create and deploy leadership programs
- Incorporating technology and other innovative learning solutions into leadership development
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Extensive demonstrated experience in developing and deploying leadership development programs to all levels of leadership within large, multi-national organisations
- Demonstrated knowledge of leading practice in learning and leadership development
- Excellent facilitation & interviewing skills
- An understanding of working in a global organisation and the cultural impacts when implementing and delivering programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in managing external vendors
- A passion for leadership development, with demonstration of a tertiary qualification
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

Where you’ll be working
You will be based at our head office located in Perth Central Park building, working Monday to Friday. We encourage agile and flexible work arrangements.
