We are seeking a motivated & detail-oriented Business support Coordinator to join our team — ideally someone experienced within a fast-paced, office administration environment—who can work with people at all levels of the organizational hierarchy, and deal with inevitable last-minute administrative requests.

Reporting to the Senior Business Support Coordinator, and working in a collaborative team, driving administrative improvement and consistency throughout the Brisbane office, you will be (but not limited to):

  • Engaging the people on your floor as the go-to person for support.

  • Onboarding new starters including facilitating building tours & presenting.

  • Coaching and supporting your fellow team members to use our self-service business processes, including Purchasing, expense management and travel.

  • Assist with maintaining process documentation & resources in collaboration with your leader.

  • Promoting a collaborative working relationship between departments.

  • Providing on-the-ground logistical support for workshops & events.

  • Identifying improvement opportunities across the floor.

  • Providing project support as required

  • Coordinating safety meetings.
